Join CIS AmeriCorps

Our AmeriCorps members provide the support that all students need to thrive in school and succeed in life. Members serve directly on campus at Central Texas elementary and middle schools, collaborating with CIS Program Managers and school-based staff to support students through individual, small-group, and campus-wide services to increase access to education opportunities. By building deep relationships and focusing on strengthening the skills our students need to succeed in school, our members ensure all students can achieve in life.

No experience is needed to join! Pre-service and ongoing training and individualized support are provided to all members. As an equal opportunity national service program deeply committed to diversity and inclusion, we encourage applicants from all backgrounds to apply.
