Communities In Schools of Central Texas welcomes organizations to use our community space for meetings and trainings.

We have two areas available:

Community Room

Has capacity for 40 to 50 people with classroom-style seats or 70 people with theater-style seats. This room can be used as one large space or split into 2 smaller rooms as needed.

Room Reservation Request

Large Conference Room

Has capacity for 25 to 30 people with classroom-style seats and 50 with theater-style seats.

 

  • Eligible Organizations: Nonprofit Organizations, Professional Associations and Affiliate Organizations may request to use our community space.
  • Room Reservation Requirement: Reservations must be made at least 60 days before an event.
  • You will receive an email within 24 hours confirming submission of the Reservation Form.
