Ms. Nikki Graham

Nikki Graham, in support of the company’s corporate social responsibility strategy, works on the Bank of America Charitable Foundation team and serves as Austin Market President. In her role, she is responsible for managing the Foundation’s local initiatives focused on leadership, including Student Leaders® and Neighborhood Builders® active in 42 markets across the U.S, working closely with the company’s local Global Marketing and Corporate Affairs team. In addition to developing strategy around these signature initiatives, Ms. Graham manages the Foundation’s efforts to connect individuals to meaningful employment and education through its focus on workforce development and education. As market president, she serves as the company’s enterprise leader in Austin and works with company leaders across the region to help deliver a wide range of global financial services to more individuals and businesses locally, as well as deepen relationships with existing customers.

Ms. Graham serves on the boards of the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce, Communities In Schools of Central Texas and the Austin Community Design and Development Center as well as the advisory council of the Junior League of Austin.

Ms. Graham has a B.A. in Political Science from Auburn University and in 2011 she received a Community Involvement certification from Boston College. Ms. Graham was recognized in 2010 as the Austin Association of Fundraising Professionals Outstanding Community Affairs Executive of the year. She has also been recognized with the 40 under 40 award by the San Antonio Business Journal. She is an alumna of Leadership San Antonio and an affiliate member of Leadership Austin.
